Shareholders of the company are OTP Bank JSC possessing 60% of its stake and OJSC OTP Bank (Russia) holding, respectively, 40% of its capital. The principal objective of OTP Credit LLC is financial intermediation.
OTP FACTORING UKRAINE
OTP Factoring Ukraine LLC, founded in October 2009, is a financial institution under the laws of Ukraine, and is a member of OTP Group. The company has full authority to carry out operations in the financial services market.
