OTP Capital started managing assets of “Freeflight” pension fund

Asset management company “OTP Capital” has signed asset management agreement with non-state pension fund “Freeflight”. The fund was established in 2007 for non-state pension provision by accumulating savings in favor of its participants, further investment of accumulated assets and, as a result, additional pension payments to participants.

There are 7 companies and 74 individuals at the moment, making contributions to the fund in favor of 166 participants. The fund accumulated UAH 642 000 of pension assets.

The non-state pension fund “Freeflight” has become the third pension fund under “OTP Capital” management. The company manages the assets of the open fund "OTP Pension" and the professional fund "Magistral", which have in total UAH 135.95 mln of assets and 358 000 participants.

Asset management company OTP Capital was established in July 2007 and became the second after OTP Bank representative of OTP Group in Ukraine. The company provides a wide range of high quality investment services to both individuals and corporate clients and is one of the leaders of the collective investments market. AMC OTP Capital manages 7 public mutual funds, 4 venture funds, reserves of insurance companies and 3 non-government pension funds. Total assets under management: UAH 350 mln.
