With Cash at the Cashier service from Mastercard, you don't need to withdraw spare change or look for an ATM nearby. After all, you always have the opportunity to withdraw cash when paying with a Mastercard card for your daily purchases.
How to use the Cash on Cash service from Mastercard?
- Visit the store or service point of our partners who support the service.
- Before paying for the product, tell the cashier that you want to withdraw some cash. Enter the required amount of cash. The maximum amount for one withdrawal is up to 6,000 hryvnias, depending on the terms of service provision by the trading partner.
- The cashier adds the amount of cash to the total check. You pay for the purchase (including cash).
- The cashier gives you the amount of cash and checks - separately for the purchase and the cash issue.

- The client confirms the payment by card using the PIN code of the card and/or through TouchID/ FaceID on the smartphone and smart watch.
- The cashier issues receipts for the transaction detailing the purchase of the goods and the issuance of cash
There is no additional commission from the store for using the service. The commission for withdrawing cash from a bank card depends on the card service conditions of your bank (the bank that issued the card).
The store can set the minimum amount of cash that can be withdrawn by the customer.
For one operation, the client can withdraw up to 6,000 hryvnias, depending on the terms of service provision by the trading partner. The number of operations is unlimited.
