Started with Bank in March 1998 as a Deputy Operations Manager. In March 2002, she became the Head of Operations.
In March 2003 became a Member of the Management Board. Responsible for Operations.
Alla Biniashvili

She graduated from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv majoring in Romanic-German Languages and Literature. Alla Biniashvili received her second higher education at Kyiv National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman with a degree in finance in 2002-2004.
She joined OTP Bank in 1998. Since October 2009, Alla Biniashvili held the office of Director of Corporate Business.
In January 2011, she advanced to the position of a member of the Management Board being in charge of the Corporate business line.
Taras Prots

He graduated from the International Christian University (Kyiv), having received a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with honor. Thereafter, he proceeded with the Master's degree in the Management of Foreign Economic Activity at the European University (Kyiv).
Has more than 11 years of experience in the financial sector. Mr. Prots transferred to OTP Bank from Bank Forum (Commerzbank Group), where he held a similar position as Member of the Management Board in charge of Financial Management.
In 2012, Mr. Taras Prots holds the position of a member of the Management Board being in charge of the Risk Management line.
Oleg Klymenko

He graduated from National Economic University named after Vadym Hetman in the field of Finance with a master's degree.
Mr. Klymenko started the career at OTP Bank in 2005 as an economist in the sector of private customer service of the sales support department. A year later he was appointed as the head of the sector of support of credit operations of individuals and SME of OTP BANK JSC. In 2014, he headed the retail business development department of OTP BANK JSC. Since 2017, he held the position of Director of the Retail Business Development Department of OTP Bank JSC.
In 2020 Mr. Oleg Klymenko appointed as a member of the Management Board in charge of the Retail business line.
Peter Andor Koreck

Education: Corvinus University of Budapest, Faculty of Economics, Specialization in Finance (2010).
Started to work in OTP Group since 2010 on the “Finance” direction, participated in many cross-functional projects. He was engaged in the preparation of reports, development of methodology and analysis of financial models.
Since 2021, Peter Koreck led the finance department at OTP BANK JSC in Ukraine, and was also a member of the main committees of the Bank and participated in many key projects of the Group.
From July 1, 2024, in accordance with the decision of the Supervisory Board of OTP BANK JSC, he was appointed as a member of the Management Board responsible for the "Finance" direction.
Volodymyr Mudryi
He graduated from Economical Faculty of Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University in the field of finance and credit. The second education he obtained in Krannert Business School (USA) and Tias Nimbas Business School (Netherland) where in 2010 he gained the degree EMBA in International management.
Has more than 15 years of work experience in the banking sector. He started his career at JSC "OTP Bank" in 2005 as a Head of the operational department of OTP Bank Volyn branch. A year later, he was appointed Head of the operational department of OTP Bank. In 2008- 2010 he was the Head of clients' assets and liabilities operations support division of OTP Bank.
From 2010, he headed LLC "OTP Bank UA", and from July 2012 Mr. Volodymyr Mudryi is a member of the Management Board being in charge of Retail business line. From November 16, 2020 – Chairman of the Management Board of OTP Bank.
