OTP Bank has appointed a new HR Director in Ukraine
OTP Bank appointed a new Head of HR Directorate from April 12, 2006. Khristina Fekher, who had served as the Compensation and Benefits Management Unit before the appointment, headed the Directorate.
According to K. Fekher, as HR Director for OTP Bank in Ukraine she plans to continue to implement the best practices to achieve the bank's strategic goals, focusing on all staff development and training, new projects implementation and the OTP Bank's employer brand strengthening.
K. Fekher has more than 14 years of experience in human resources management in the field of marketing, television and banking, out of which she has been working for almost 9 years in OTP Bank. During this time, K. Fekher made a significant contribution to the development and improvement of remuneration policy, in particular, participated in the OKR system launch, automation of many staff management processes, creation of HR Service Desk development, implementation of general banking programs to attract staff. The best practices were highlighted in publications in the Human Resources Manager magazine.
In addition, with K. Fekher direct participation, motivation programs for the bank’s employees were developed and updated, a number of which were recognized as highly efficient at the level of OTP Group. Also, during her leadership, such effective tools as predictive analysis and BI analytics were introduced.
