OTP Bank presented specialized medical equipment to a specialized school named after J.P. Batyuk
OTP Bank transferred a specialized medical equipment - a device for low-intensity laser therapy in ophthalmology LTO-02R to a special school №5 named after J.P. Batyuk, which will help to receive efficient treatment. The device is intended for the treatment of a wide range of eye diseases within the framework of anti-inflammatory, resorbing and stimulating therapy. The principle of the device working is based on the influence of low-energy helium-neon laser radiation.
The device was handed over during a personal visit of Christina Feher, HR Director of OTP Bank, and other bank’s employees to the school. The bank’s employees collected the funds for the device purchase less than two weeks before the Children's Day.
As K. Feher commented, “Sometimes bank employees are perceived as people who are guided by analytics and rationality first of all. However, in OTP Bank, in addition to the focus on business, relations and mutual assistance have always been a priority for us. This is not the first time we take part in charity and believe that besides financial assistance, personal communication and care, especially for children, is very crucial. That is why OTP Bank sponsors a special school №5 for more than five years. It is valuable for us to feel that we make a little more children in Ukraine happier and healthier. ”
