The information center for OTP Bank’s legal entities CoHub will be available in messengers
From November 1, 2021, the Corporate Hub (CoHub) Information Center for OTP Bank’s legal entities is available in Viber, Telegram, Facebook chats. Specialists of the Information Center for Legal Entities provide answers from 09:00 till 18:00.
With the help of CoHub, you can find any information about the cash services of legal entities and the ClickOTPay client-bank system (connection, interface and its settings, operations, etc.). Also, CoHub operators will help customers to make purchases, sales and payments in foreign currency; make payments, cancel them, find out information about their status; order cash, receive information on the status and conduct of salary information; select a tariff package, products and services for business and solve many other issues.
