V.Mudryi topped the ranking of the best CEOs of global brands in Ukraine - TOP-100
Volodymyi Mudryi, OTP Bank’s Chairman of the Board, took the first place in the TOP-5 of the best CEOs of global brands in Ukraine, compiled by "TOP-100. Ratings of the biggest".
V.Mudryi has been the Chairman of the Board since November 2020, during this time the Bank has significantly improved its core business indicators and strengthened its market position.
As noted in the commentary to the rating, V. Mudryi singles out three main projects of 2021 in OTP Bank. The first is the development of investment banking, which provides clients with the widest possible range of investment instruments, in particular on international stock exchanges. The second is the introduction of service design - a tool that ensures customer-centric work in the bank's departments. And the third project is the integration of Agile principles into the development of focus products. Ahead of scaling the mentioned projects to new initiatives, in particular, the transition from investment inviting to full-fledged customer consulting after obtaining a license, enrollment of new customer groups in service design and transfer to Agile key products of the bank.
Candidates were evaluated on the following criteria: emotional intelligence, crisis management, use of innovation, leadership potential and change management.
"TOP-100. Ratings of the biggest" also published a rating of "The Best CEOs of Ukrainian companies", "Owners and Founders", "Market Visionaries" and winners in special categories.
The jury included specialists in recruiting top managers, experts with experience in staff training, market analysts and members of the editorial board of the "TOP-100. Ratings of the biggest".
