OTP Bank returns the standard terms of credit card service

Dear clients, from March 1, 2022, due to martial law, OTP Bank has introduced loan repayment holidays for all loans to private individuals. Given the martial law prolongation throughout Ukraine, OTP Bank has extended the validity of repayment loan holidays for a credit card until June 1, 2022, inclusive.

Due to the end of repayment loan holidays, which were initiated by the Bank (without concluding additional agreements to a loan agreement), OTP Bank restored the standard terms of credit card usage starting from June 2, 2022.

What does it mean?

  • The payments unpaid during the holidays, if a card was not replenished, have to be made until the current repayment deadline.
  • The following delivery of the credit debt minimum payment over the card are to be made no later than the deadline for repayment. Otherwise, they will be considered overdue
  • No fines, penalties or increased interests will be charged.

During martial law, if you are unable to pay the planned payment in full though would like to meet the loan obligations by changing the terms of loan repayment, you can apply for the Bank to refinance credit card debt conveniently for you:
