OTP Bank was awarded by HR-brand Ukraine - 2022
OTP Bank received the HR-brand Ukraine – 2022 award in partner nomination from Handy.ai "Human-centric communications success" for the OTP Helps Ukraine project.
Within the framework of this project, the bank provided assistance to employees, especially those who found themselves in the zone of occupation and combat operations, who did not have the necessary medicines, who needed financial support and shelter, and also launched a large-scale charity program OTP Bank Helps Ukraine. This is an online platform that collects funds for a number of charitable initiatives throughout Ukraine.
HR-brand Ukraine award is the main, annual, independent, authoritative award in Ukraine for the most successful projects in the field of human capital management, reputation and image of companies as employers.
The purpose of HR-brand award is to popularize the most successful cases in the field of human capital management, reputation and image of the company as an employer; ensure expert evaluation of projects and their recognition in business community; and also - to promote the development of HR branding culture in Ukraine.
