OTP Bank introduced the debt refinancing service "Credit Support" in OTP Credit mobile application
OTP Bank introduced the "Credit Support" service in OTP Credit mobile application for customers who have difficulties making loan payments. Due to the new function, the customer can independently reduce the monthly debt load online.
The "Credit Support" service is an individual offer for bank customers who have difficulties making monthly payments. To use the service, one need to go to own profile in the mobile application and select "Loan Support", specify the loan or loans that the client wants to refinance on new terms. After that, one should choose the desired or acceptable monthly payment amount from those offered by the bank, set a convenient date for making payments and complete the registration.
After completion, the bank closes the current client’s loan or several loans and repays the debt, instead, the client himself sets a comfortable monthly payment amount and the term of the new loan.
If customers do not have an individual offer in OTP Credit application, but want to submit an application for refinancing, they can do it in "Credit Support" product menu by clicking "Submit Application". A bank employee will contact the client to form an individual offer, after which it will become available in the application.
