Other banks’ cardholders can withdraw cash at ATMs of OTP Bank without limits
In the conditions of a crisis situation in the energy industry and increased demand for cash, OTP Bank provides the opportunity for other banks’ clients to withdraw money in its network without limits from the bank.
Accordingly, clients of any bank can get all the amount of funds they need at the OTP Bank ATM. A maximum of UAH 5,000 can be withdrawn as a result of one transaction, but the number of such transactions is unlimited.
OTP Bank does not charge additional fees for this service, however, you should check in advance whether the card issuing bank charges a fee.
In addition, it should be taken into account that the amount of cash that can be withdrawn using a card of another bank at ATMs of OTP Bank will depend on the funds’ balance in the ATM and the limit of the payment card’s issuing bank.
We would also like to remind you that in the conditions of martial law there are restrictions on cash withdrawals by the NBU - no more than UAH 100,000 per day in accordance with the relevant resolution of the regulator.
