Click OTPay in TOP-3 best internet banking in Ukraine and in TOP-6 best internet banking in the countries of Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia
The SME Banking Agency announced the results of the large-scale Business Online Banking 2023 study on the effectiveness of online banking in the countries of Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia.
Internet banking for legal entities and entrepreneurs Click OTPay took the 3rd place among banks from Ukraine and the 6th place in the overall rating among 50 banks from Azerbaijan, Armenia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Moldova, Ukraine, Uzbekistan. It should be noted that among European banks in Ukraine, OTP Bank took the highest place.
During the research, Internet bankings was compared according to 120 indicators. Trends and best practices in the Internet banking implementation in the region were studied as well.
