Ultrasound machine for Children's Rehabilitation Center was purchased thanks to OTP Bank Helps Ukraine
As part of the OTP Bank Helps Ukraine charity project, funds were collected and a portable ultrasound machine was purchased for the Ternopil Regional Child Rehabilitation and Development Center.
In general, thanks to the efforts of benefactors, more than UAH 650,000 were collected; in recent days, the equipment was handed over to the Center by the manager of the OTP Bank branch in Ternopil, Serhiy Gensiorskyi. The ultrasound device has already begun to be used in the diseases diagnostics of small patients.
Within the Center, there are two large departments - one of them houses children deprived of parental care. In particular, pupils of the Kyiv Children's House were evacuated here in March 2022. The second department is a rehabilitation department, where children with cerebral palsy, autism, delayed language development, intelligence, etc. are treated. At the same time, rehabilitation and treatment are provided not only to the residents of the Center, but also to other children of the Ternopil Region who are referred here by doctors.
