OTP Bank offers signing of documents for opening an account for legal entities with comprehensive online service
The Click OTPay remote customer service system for legal entities has another update. In particular, users can now sign documents using a qualified electronic signature (QES) immediately in their personal account. To remind, it is also possible to submit an application for opening an account online.
All signed documents with a qualified electronic signature are subsequently stored in the Click OTPay system in pdf and p7s format, that is, the client always has access to them. The service is available to legal entities clients that have a qualified electronic signature and one account manager.
Click OTPay is also available in a mobile version. It has also recently get a number of updates, which were made taking into account customers’ feedback and suggestions. In particular, the main screen was completely updated with a convenient view of transactions, instead of a vertical menu, customers now see a horizontal one. The ability to generate a key for a new user in the application and the function of mass signature of payments and applications have also been added. In addition, among the important changes are quick actions with the account immediately on the main screen and printing of payment instructions with facsimile for hryvnia payments.
To remind, connection of the Click OTPay system is free for legal entities clients.
Also, any tariff packages within Settlement and cash service are currently free for all new corporate clients of OTP Bank for a period of 3 months. In particular, activation of tariff packages, monthly payment for usage and outgoing transfers in national currency on electronic means cost UAH 0. At the end of the three-month period, the fee for the selected tariff package will be set as specified on the bank's website.
