OTP Bank cancels fee for topping up cards in City24 network
Currently, the fee for replenishing any cards issued by OTP Bank in the terminals network of the in-state payment system City24, which has been recognized as an important payment system by the National Bank of Ukraine for several years in a row, based on the results of monitoring, is UAH 0. Previously, the fee was UAH 5.
City24 terminals network includes more than 20 000 terminals in more than 2 000 settlements throughout Ukraine. The complete list of terminals is available at the link.
Thus, you can top up your OTP Bank card with cash in hryvnias:
- free of charge through City24 terminals for any amount, in accordance with NBU restrictions - up to UAH 5 000 for one transaction;
- free of charge through OTP Bank ATMs;
- at the cash desk of the OTP Bank by the account holder or a third party (replenishments for amounts greater than UAH 5 000 are carried out with a passport), commission according to the bank's tariffs;
- at the cash desk of any bank of Ukraine with full details (top-ups for amounts greater than UAH 5 000 are carried out with a passport), the commission is in accordance with the tariffs of the bank in which the operation is carried out.
