OTP Bank received an award from Visa "Visionary Leader: Social Advocacy and Client Excellence Award"
OTP Bank was recognized by Visa as a bank with a strong social mission, excellent customer support and customer-oriented products. The award was presented during the traditional annual forum Visa Day Ukraine 2023, the main themes of which were the artificial intelligence development and digitalization.
"I am sincerely grateful to the Visa company for the recognition, to the team for working for the result, and to the clients for the trust that motivates us to become better every day. Over the last year, OTP Bank really invested a lot in the digital development of banking and services. We are constantly improving the new OTP Bank UA mobile application, from now on we open accounts, deposits, and issue loans online. From the latter, the possibility of buying government bonds directly at the Ministry of Finance auctions was opened for private individuals. In addition, we introduced an agile culture in the bank aimed at developing the most convenient and profitable products. At the core of all these decisions is the desire to be closer to customers and offer them the best services," said Oleg Klymenko, a member of the board of OTP Bank responsible for the retail business development.
