OTP Bank began to issue eRecovery cards
OTP Bank joined the state program for financial assistance to persons whose housing was damaged as a result of hostilities. From now on, through the OTP Bank UA mobile application, one can issue a special eRecovery card and receive payments from the state on it for housing or repair. Opening, maintenance of the eRecovery card and transfer of funds from the state to it is free of charge.
In order to receive payments, it is necessary to: report the damaged property in Diia application or portal, or through administrative services center or at a notary; open an account in OTP Bank, for this in the OTP Bank UA application, select the "Money" section, at the top, click on the eRecovery card. Then submit an application for receiving financial assistance in Diia; a local government commission will conduct an inspection of the damaged property and determine the payment amount (the maximum amount is UAH 200 000). After that one needs to wait for notification of the commission's decision in Diia and receive funds on eRecovery card.
eRecovery card from OTP Bank is virtual, with a special mode of use: funds credited from the state can be spent in non-cash form only for housing restoration.
The list of participants where one can purchase materials or services is constantly updated, please find it at the link. For the convenience of payments, one can add eRecovery card to the Apple Pay or Google Pay electronic wallet.
