OTP Bank in TOP-5 banks with the best conditions for agrarians
JSC OTP Bank received an award from the Delo.ua business portal and the «TOP-100: Ratings of the largest" magazine and get in the TOP-5 of the "Bank with the best conditions for agrarians" nomination.
Providing financing for agricultural producers is one of the focus areas of the Bank's activity. Since 2017, the Agro Factory scoring project has been launched, among its key products is lending to agribusiness for current purposes secured by financial agrarian receipts of up to UAH 20 million, up to UAH 3 million without collateral. A large number of partnership programs with Ukrainian and international companies for the production of seed material, plant protection products, mineral fertilizers, microfertilizers, etc. are also active within the framework of "Agro Factory". To support the agrarians OTP Bank implements a number of programs together with major international partners - the EBRD, the USAID Project "Investments for Business Sustainability", IFC.
Together with the USAID Project "Investments for Business Sustainability", OTP Bank provides preferential lending to small agricultural enterprises at the rate of 7% per annum in the first year of financing, and under the condition of purchasing products from the Bank's partner companies - at the rate of 0.1% per annum in the first year of the credit contract.
OTP Bank implements a joint preferential program with the EBRD - providing loans with the possibility of partial compensation of their amount for agricultural producers for investments in energy-saving technologies. In particular, for updating agricultural machinery with modern products.
With IFC, the Bank implements a risk sharing program for loans to enterprises in key sectors of the economy, in particular, the agricultural sector.
