OTP BANK has simplified the cash withdrawal procedure at cash desk for business clients
For legal entities – OTP BANK JCS clients the procedure of cash withdrawal at cash desk has been simplified. From now on, it is enough to form a request in Click OTPay system remotely.
Thanks to the new service business clients will no longer need to wait for a money cheque verification in order to receive cash in a Bank. The service allows to save money, because unlike the checkbook issue, request application in Click OTPay system is free.
To use the service, one needs to form a request with a digital signature via personal account in the Click OTPay system in the “Cash” section. Also, there is a possibility to choose a branch in which it is convenient to withdraw cash. After request, one needs to apply to the Bank with the documents (id, individual taxpayer number) and receive money.
To remind, in 2023 Click OTPay was included in TOP-3 best internet banking in Ukraine and in TOP-6 best internet banking in the countries of Eastern Europe, the Caucasus and Central Asia.
