OTP BANK held 34 educational events during Global Money Week
JSC "OTP BANK" joined Global Money Week 2024, during which it held 34 educational events aimed at improving financial literacy among Ukrainian schoolchildren.
The employees of the Bank visited educational institutions, where special lessons were held, and also invited students on familiarization tours to OTP BANK branches. Children were playfully told about the importance of thoughtful financial decisions, savings, planning their own budget, taught how to use cards and ATMs, held entertaining quizzes and contests, etc.
In total, 642 children took part in educational activities in 25 settlements - both regional centers and cities, and villages.
Global Money Week 2024 is an information campaign to increase financial awareness, which is joined by more than 100 countries of the world every year. This year, the main slogan of Global Money Week was: "Protect your money, secure your future." In Ukraine, the official coordinator of Global Money Week is the National Bank of Ukraine.
To remind, during the Global Money Week, OTP BANK started a partnership with the UCulture project. Within it, the Bank will provide support to the platform team in the preparation of a series of lectures devoted to the history of money.
