Utility payments become available in OTP Bank UA app
From now on in OTP Bank UA app is possible to pay utility payments.
“It is important for us, that daily banking for our clients had a maximum quality and was convenient: money transfers, payments in shops, deposit and installments management and from now on – utility payments. Our app is all about gentle banking, which allows our clients to manage their finances simple and easy”, - said Liudmyla Vaksa, project manager at “OTP BANK” JSC.
To make a utility payment in app, one need to tap on a card chose “Payments” and open “Utility bills and internet” section. Next, there is a possibility to add an address, after that there will be displayed utility accounts, information about debts or overpays and meter readings, which are provided by the company. There is a possibility to pay a bill of a company, which client can find by payment details (account number, or EDRPOU) or by name.
All payments in “Utility bills and internet” section from any OTP BANK card are made without commission. Also are not charged even payments from credit cards, and these payments are included into grace period.
There is a menu “History of payments” in “Utility bills and internet” section, where one can review all made payments independently of that this payment was made from debit or credit card.
Attention! If any of fields of “Utility and internet” section are inactive, you need to update app to 1.18.0 version via Play Market (for Android phones) or App Store (for iPhone).
