Client’s day in OTP BANK: management of the Bank joined to the customer service in branches
Managers of different levels of OTP BANK JSC for one day tried on the role of branch employees and served the Bank's clients, who came to apply for a cash loan.
"At OTP BANK, the client's day was held for the first time, but from now on it will become a wonderful tradition. The management's participation in the work of the branch and direct contact with clients allows them to evaluate how the services of OTP BANK work. To see the whole picture, so to speak. Personal communication with customers helps to understand what can be improved and what should be changed. Thus, we are taking another step towards achieving our goal of providing a 100% positive customer experience” – told head of Customer Experience Management Unit of OTP BANK Oleksandr Rassakhatskyi.
To the customer service joined chairman of the Management Board of OTP BANK Volodymyr Mudryi, members of the Management Board Liliia Lazepko and Oleg Klymenko, as well as heads of various departments and divisions of the Bank.
This time, all the Bank's managers provided the service of issuing cash loans. The total amount of approved loans reached almost UAH 1 million.
The first client day of OTP BANK took place in 14 branches of three cities of Ukraine - Kyiv, Lviv and Dnipro.
