To help the Ohmatdyt: OTP BANK transferred UAH 1 million for the restoration of the children's hospital
OTP BANK JSC transferred UAH 1 million to the charitable foundation "Ohmatdyt - is Healthy Childhood". Thus, the Bank contributes to overcoming the consequences and restoring the children's medical facility.
Clients and employees of the Bank also joined to the fundraising for help for hospital at the first day of the tragedy. Within two days after the tragedy, Ukrainian philanthropists donated through OTP Bank UA app UAH 1,19 million to the account of the Ohmatdyt foundation.
To remind, on July 8 Ohmatdyt suffered from a missile attack: during the shelling, the buildings of the medical facility were damaged, some buildings were destroyed, windows and panes were broken
National Children's Specialized Hospital "Ohmatdyt" is the largest children's hospital in Ukraine. It is 130 years old, has more than 80 branches, serves more than 20,000 patients and performs about 10,000 operations per year.
OTP Group in Ukraine since February 24, 2022 actively participates in supporting the country and Ukrainians during the war. In July 2024, the total amount of support amounted to UAH 178.7 million.
