OTP BANK is in the TOP three best employers in financial sphere in Ukraine 2024 in rating of the “Focus” magazine
OTP BANK JSC was ranking in rating, published by “Focus” magazine on November, 20 “People matter: the rating of the best employers of Ukraine in 2024”.
The large research covers 13 branches of the Ukrainian economy, including the financial sphere. The winners in this category were two banks with foreign capital and one bank with Ukrainian capital. OTP BANK is among this TOP three.
"The bank is actively developing business lending and today offers special financing conditions for projects to strengthen the energy independence of Ukrainian companies. Such an initiative is aimed at enabling Ukrainian enterprises to reduce energy resource costs and increase energy protection," – “Focus” noted.
Among the advantages of OTP BANK as an employer in the rating are competitive wages, which are reviewed annually, career growth, educational programs, reading club, English language courses, flexible work schedule and the possibility to work remotely or in a hybrid format.

The rating page also mentions the Bank's active cooperation with 27 Ukrainian universities. It is noted that the company recruits students twice a year for practice or internships, after which many interns stay to work at the Bank.
