Train Kyiv-Budapest: OTP BANK greets first direct route

OTP BANK JSC took part in a preparation of daily direct train Kyiv-Budapest, which started from December 15 and became 20 international train of Ukrzaliznytsia.

«Since the duration of the trip between the final stations is almost 20 hours, the Bank decided to take care of the smallest passengers - children. To keep them interested during the long trip, we designed and printed 3,000 original coloring pages, to which we added 700 packs of colored pencils. All of them were waiting for small passengers in the carriages of the train, which set off on December 15. So the children had the opportunity to creatively spend time coloring, and maybe someone even depicted the landscape that was visible outside the window», – said director of retail sales and network management of OTP BANK Lesia Syrota.

The new train of Ukrzaliznytsia runs with standard sleeping cars - coupe and luxury. As reported by Ukrzaliznytsia, the schedule is made so that passengers can conveniently transfer to other trains in the direction of Vienna, Salzburg, Munich, Innsbruck, Zurich, as well as Romania, Slovenia and other European countries.

To remind, OTP Bank in partnership with JSC "Ukrzaliznytsia" and OTP Travel - a subsidiary company of OTP Bank - implemented the OTP Kids Camp charity project this year. Within it, 117 children affected by the war rested in a summer camp in Budapest. Also, a summer camp in Budapest was organized in 2023 for 150 Ukrainian children from the frontline regions of Ukraine.
