How to use the offer?
1. Register or log in to your personal account on synevo.ua.
2. In the "Special offers" section, select analysis package No. 126.2 for Mastercard cardholders: "CHECKUP on full".
3. Pay for your order online with a Mastercard card from OTP Bank.
4. Get a 50% discount on your examination.
A 50% discount on analysis package No. 126.2 "CHECKUP on full" (annual examination + report with a description of laboratory indicators) is provided to all OTP Bank Mastercard cardholders.
The promotion is valid from December 20, 2024, until February 28, 2025 (including) in branches of the Synevo Medical Center, except for those whose addresses are indicated in the link, provided that payment is made at synevo.ua without using any other discounts and/or bonuses of package No. 126.2 (service code 10335).
The cost of the analysis package No. 126.2 without discount is UAH 3,600. The service of taking blood with disposable systems must be added to the order and is additionally UAH 70.00.
