Financial literacy lessons for over 700 children were conducted by OTP BANK employees
OTP BANK JSC participated in Global Money Week 2025, an international information campaign on financial literacy for children and youth. As part of the campaign, the Bank's employees conducted educational classes for over 700 children across Ukraine.
The events took place in 29 cities - Kyiv, Odessa, Kharkiv, Lviv, Stryi, Tyachiv, Pavlohrad, Chernivtsi, etc. The lessons were held for children of different age categories - from the senior group of kindergarten to school graduates, students of professional colleges and first-year university students. For Lviv fifth-graders, the lessons were held not within the walls of the school, but simply in the Bank branch.
The key theme of this year's Global Money Week is "Think before you follow, wise money tomorrow." It emphasizes the importance of critical thinking in financial matters, the ability to analyze information and make informed financial decisions. The official coordinator of Global Money Week in Ukraine is the National Bank of Ukraine. OTP BANK traditionally participates in information campaigns on financial literacy and has been conducting lessons for children and youth for several years in a row.
