UCXE’2025 Award: Ponova by OTP Bank Ranked Among the Best in Service Design
The used car loan marketplace Ponova by OTP Bank took third place in the “Best CX Case Using Service Design” category at the Ukrainian CX Excellence’2025, a national customer experience awards event. The award ceremony took place on June 20, 2025, in Kyiv.

The Ukrainian CX Excellence’2025, a nationwide customer experience award, brought together leading companies from across Ukraine, with over 60 CX cases submitted across 13 categories. Industries represented included e-commerce, banking, insurance, logistics, energy, HoReCa, retail, fuel stations, and even agriculture. The evaluation process consisted of two stages: first, a written case submission, followed by an online presentation during a two-day CX marathon. The expert jury of the Ukrainian CX Excellence Award comprised 55 independent specialists.
