OTP BANK becomes more accessible: 7 more branches become inclusive
OTP BANK JSC continues to implement the principles of accessibility and equality across its nationwide network — a total of 11 bank branches have become inclusive in 2025 alone. This initiative ensures that even more Ukrainians can access financial services regardless of their physical abilities.
To better serve people with disabilities and other low-mobility groups, the newly adapted branches are equipped with service call bells, accessible ramps or lifts, and tactile Braille information panels at the entrance, displaying the branch name and business hours. Additionally, tactile navigation indicators help clients orient themselves in self-service zones.
“Inclusion today is not a trend — it is a standard. Creating an inclusive environment is a sign of respect, humanity, and responsibility. OTP BANK is committed to being a comfortable and accessible institution for all population groups. In 2025, we plan to upgrade 14 more branches to meet state construction and accessibility standards in Ukraine. Our goal is not only to be a leading financial services provider but also a responsible member of society,”– said Yevhenii Samoilenko, Head of the Facility Management and Construction Department at OTP BANK.
