OTP BANK supports the international conference “Effective Management of Agribusiness Companies”
OTP BANK JSC is proud to partner with the XVI International Conference “Effective Management of Agribusiness Companies”, organized by the Ukrainian Agribusiness Club Association and UCABevent. The event will take place on September 4 in Kyiv, gathering top executives of leading agribusinesses, investors, industry experts, and startup founders.
This year’s conference will focus on innovative approaches to managing agribusinesses in the context of current challenges, including shifts in international markets, military threats, and European integration.
The agenda features more than 35 national and international experts. Among them is Pavlo Huzyr, Project Manager for Alternative Sales Channels at OTP BANK’s Agro Fabrika. He will join the panel discussion “Low-carbon development of Ukraine’s agrarian Sector: why and who?” moderated by Marta Trofimova, Head of Sustainability at Kernel. Other participants will include: Kostiantyn Taranets, Director of Sustainability and Decarbonization Practice, EY Ukraine; Volodymyr Pugachov, Executive and Regional Director in Eastern Europe, Donau Soja; Mykola Shlapak, General Manager for Climate Change at Rixi Group, and Climate Policy Expert at the Green Transition Office under the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.
Together, the panel will discuss:
- the agrarian sector as a key driver of decarbonization;
- climate action and low-carbon development;
- the European Green Deal as both a challenge and an opportunity.
