“Possessed by Theatrical Flame”: a new community emerged at OTP BANK
A new corporate initiative has been launched at OTP BANK JSC — the creation of a theater enthusiasts’ community named “Possessed by Theatrical Flame”. This group unites colleagues who are passionate about both contemporary and classical theater, eager to attend performances together, exchange impressions, and engage in meaningful discussions.
The community’s mission goes beyond cultural enrichment. It also seeks to strengthen team spirit, as shared passions foster stronger and warmer relationships among colleagues.
“We believe that theater is a unique space for inspiration and growth. It helps us see life from new perspectives, teaches empathy, and broadens horizons. We want every employee of the Bank to have the opportunity to discover this world together with colleagues,” — shared Lesya Syrota, one of the community’s founders and Director of Retail Sales and Branch Network Management Department at OTP BANK.
The first theater premieres have already been announced, with all tickets sold out. Ahead for the community are recommendations, behind-the-scenes stories, premiere guides, joint visits to leading theaters, and even a new format — analyzing the strategy behind theatrical productions.
Alongside the already established Reading Club and Cinema Club, the new theater community will become another inspiring hobby within the Bank’s team.
