OTP BANK fills 75% of management vacancies through internal promotions – A. Bernatska at Career Expo 2025
Representatives of OTP BANK JSC took part in Career Expo 2025, a career guidance event organized by the Blahomay Charitable Foundation, to speak about employment opportunities and career growth at the Bank.
“At OTP BANK, we follow the principle of ‘growing from within.’ In practice, this means that in 2025, 75% of our management positions were filled by our own employees. When such a vacancy opens, we first look for a candidate inside the Bank, and only if none is available do we approach the external market. OTP Bank is not just a place where a career starts – it is where it develops and grows,” shared Anna Bernatska, Head of Recruitment, Staff Adaptation and Regional Network Support at OTP BANK.
OTP BANK currently has full-time vacancies open. In addition, the Bank offers internships for students with the possibility of further employment, giving them a real opportunity to try themselves in different areas.
