Recognizing the value of employees and a human-centered approach in times of crisis: OTP BANK honored by UAFIC
The Marketing and PR teams of OTP BANK JSC have been awarded the distinction “For Emphasizing the Value of Employees and a Human-Centered Approach in Times of Crisis” by the Ukrainian Association of Fintech and Innovation Companies (UAFIC). The recognition was presented within the framework of the award program “Financial Marketing During the War: Campaigns That Changed Reality”, which acknowledged financial marketers and PR professionals from banks, fintech companies, and microfinance institutions.
At the UAFIC Marketing Resilience Award ceremony, it was highlighted that the winning brand cases became examples of resilience and the power of communication, even in the most challenging times.
