“Winter Support” payments available via OTP BANK
OTP BANK JSC enables its clients to receive a one-time state payment — “Winter Support” — to their National Cashback card. The virtual card can be opened in the OTP Bank UA mobile application. If you already have this card, you may use it to submit your application for the payment.
To apply for the “Winter Support” benefit, submit a request through the Diia application. To do this, open or install Diia, go to the Services section, select “Winter Support”, fill in the required information and submit the application for yourself or your child. Then choose the National Cashback card from OTP BANK as the payout card.
The issuance and servicing of the National Cashback card at OTP BANK are free of charge and involve no fees for receiving state payments or for using the card for transactions.
All Ukrainian citizens — adults and children residing in Ukraine, except in temporarily occupied territories — are eligible to receive the state payment of UAH 1,000. Applications can be submitted from 15 November to 24 December.
The funds can be used to pay utility bills, purchase medicines, groceries in grocery stores and supermarkets (excluding excisable goods), books and other printed products, postal services, as well as for charitable donations. Money credited to the special National Cashback account can be used until 30 June 2026.
