23 OTP BANK branches are now fully inclusive
OTP BANK JSC continues to implement its nationwide initiative to create an inclusive environment across its branch network. As part of this project, 23 branches have already become fully accessible in 2024–2025, ensuring comfortable service for clients with limited mobility and other accessibility needs.
These branches have been equipped with a range of inclusive solutions, including: wider entrance doors, staff call bells, ramps or lifting platforms, tactile information signs with Braille that duplicate the branch name and operating hours, tactile floor indicators, and other accessibility features.
“OTP Bank is committed to ensuring that every client feels comfortable in our branches. Throughout 2024–2025, we have been systematically creating an inclusive environment designed to improve access to banking services for people with disabilities and other low-mobility groups. We are not stopping here — in the near future, we plan to upgrade even more branches across various cities,” said Yevhenii Samoilenko, Head of OTP BANK’s Facilities Management and Construction Department.
