Two OTP BANK branches in Dnipro and Zaporizhzhia will serve clients at new addresses starting in December
To improve the level of customer service, OTP BANK JSC will relocate the servicing of clients of the “Voskresenske” branch in Dnipro and the “Dniprovske” branch in Zaporizhzhia to new locations in December.
The “Voskresenske” branch (Dnipro, 12 93-Kholodnoyarskoi Bryhady St.) will provide services at its new address starting 15 December 2025: Dnipro, 12 Centralna St.
Please note that on Friday, 12 December, this branch will operate until 13:00. More detailed information regarding its further operation can be obtained from its employees at (056) 770 72 50 or from the Bank’s Contact Center at (044) 490 05 00 (available 24/7).
The “Dniprovske” branch (Zaporizhzhia, 18 Shevchenka St.) will welcome clients at its new address starting 22 December 2025: Zaporizhzhia, 66 Sobornyi Ave.
On Friday, 19 December, the branch will operate until 13:00. For more detailed information, clients may contact its employees at (061) 769 39 61 or the Bank’s Contact Center at (044) 490 05 00 (available 24/7).
