Christmas for the Supers: OTP BANK launches a charity auction in its mobile app to support Superhumans Center
OTP BANK JSC and Superhumans Center have launched a Christmas charity auction aimed at raising funds to support the treatment and rehabilitation of Ukrainian women and men who have sustained injuries and lost limbs as a result of the war.
“The key feature of this auction is the exclusive intangible lots, which I believe are truly priceless,” said Lesia Syrota, Cash Leader of the OTP Bank Helps Ukraine project and Director of the Retail Sales and Network Management Department at OTP BANK. “All the lots were prepared by the Supers themselves — Superhumans patients who have already completed their rehabilitation — to help the next Supers. These include a morning run with a marathon runner who uses a prosthesis and has completed a full 42 km marathon, a swimming training session with a Super who has swum across the Bosphorus, tickets to a performance starring a Super, a painting created by a Super, and a guided tour of Superhumans Center. Unforgettable emotions and a truly unique experience are guaranteed.” She also noted: “The charity auction feature in the bank’s mobile app is unique, and everyone who makes a donation of UAH 300 or more will additionally receive a special “Super shirt” design for their bank card”.
According to Lesia Syrota, OTP BANK will match the total amount raised during the charity auction and transfer the doubled sum to Superhumans Center.
The festive auction will be available in the OTP Bank UA mobile application from today until 25 December.
How to join: open the OTP Bank UA mobile app, go to the “Christmas for the Supers” section, and select “Charity Auction.” You can already browse the lots and place bids.
In addition, users can make a charitable donation to support Superhumans Center directly in the mobile app or via the bank details provided on the OTP Bank Helps Ukraine website.
“Join the charity auction — by doing so, you will give Ukrainian people who lost their limbs in the war a chance to return to a full life. Become part of this extraordinary Christmas story together with the Supers,” Lesia Syrota encouraged.
