OTP BANK’s regional branch in Odesa to serve customers at a new address
In order to enhance the quality of customer service, OTP BANK JSC will relocate customer servicing of its Regional Branch in Odesa as of January 26, 2026. Customer service currently provided at 10 Nina Strokata Street, Odesa, will be transferred to a new location.
The branch will provide banking services at the following address: 4-A Shevchenko Avenue, Odesa.
Please note that on Friday, January 23, customer service at 10 Nina Strokata Street, Odesa, will be available until 1:00 p.m.
At the same time, due to technical reasons, on January 23 the branch and ATM located at 4-A Shevchenko Avenue, Odesa, will also operate until 1:00 p.m. Starting Monday, January 26, both the branch and the ATM will resume their standard operating hours from 9:00 a.m.
