Partnership for energy independence: OTP BANK and Energetychna Alternatyva launch cooperation

Business stability increasingly depends on energy autonomy. In order to expand Ukrainian companies’ access to modern renewable energy solutions and unlock new financing opportunities for such projects, OTP BANK JSC and LLC Energetychna Alternatyva have announced the start of their cooperation.

Within the framework of the partnership, the Bank is ready to finance the installation of solar power plants and other energy-efficient systems offered by Energetychna Alternatyva. Financing is available for up to seven years with an initial contribution starting from 15%, enabling businesses to implement projects without placing a significant burden on their budgets. The interest rate may amount to 5%, 7%, or 9% per annum under the government’s Affordable Loans Program. An additional advantage is the possibility of receiving compensation from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) of up to 30% of the project cost, which significantly enhances the economic efficiency of such investments.

“OTP BANK’s experience in lending allows us to respond quickly to business needs, offer optimal conditions for clients, and direct resources toward the implementation of initiatives in a timely manner. We strive to support Ukrainian enterprises in adopting innovative technologies that will help them become energy independent and continue to grow. Cooperation with Energetychna Alternatyva enables us to offer a comprehensive approach to implementing energy-efficient projects: expert consultations, professional equipment selection, a convenient financing model, and the commissioning of solar power plants,” said Iryna Kabantseva, Head of Projects and Programs for Alternative Sales Channels at OTP BANK.

Energetychna Alternatyva LLC, operating in the Ukrainian market since 2008, is an importer of high-quality equipment from Europe and Asia. The company specializes in the design and installation of solutions for solar and thermal energy, developing turnkey projects that include the installation of solar power plants, solar thermal systems, gas-free heating systems, and autonomous lighting solutions.

“The combination of professional engineering and accessible financing enables businesses to implement energy initiatives quickly and thoughtfully. We provide a full cycle of services, while OTP Bank simplifies the path from an idea to its practical implementation,” added Mykhailo Tanasevych, Director of Energetychna Alternatyva LLC.
