Ponova by OTP Bank marketplace ranked among top three FinTech startups at PaySpace Magazine Awards 2025
The used car marketplace Ponova by OTP Bank has secured third place in the “Best FinTech Startup” category at the anniversary PaySpace Magazine Awards 2025. The award recognises innovative technological solutions that transform financial services and enhance customer experience in Ukraine.

Ponova by OTP Bank is a convenient platform for buying and selling used vehicles, covering nearly 70% of the used car market. The marketplace partner network includes over 550 car dealerships across 45 cities in Ukraine and continues to grow. The online catalogue features an expanding range of used vehicles from popular brands, including Volkswagen, Skoda, Toyota, Nissan, Mazda, Kia, Chevrolet, Ford, BMW, Audi, Mercedes-Benz, Peugeot, Citroen and Renault. For motorcycle biker, the platform offers a dedicated “MotoBazaar” section with listings from leading international brands such as BMW, Suzuki, Ducati, Yamaha, Honda and Kawasaki.
Ponova by OTP Bank users can purchase a car or motorcycle either with their own funds or through financing provided by OTP BANK. The convenient Ponova bot helps customers quickly estimate their personalised car loan amount, while OTP BANK specialists provide detailed consultations and help select the most suitable financing conditions.
To make the car purchasing process as safe as possible, the marketplace offers technical inspections through a network of more than 170 partner service stations in 45 cities across Ukraine. Buyers receive a detailed report covering 27 inspection parameters, enabling them to make informed decisions. In addition, the Ponova by OTP Bank team has developed a map of partner car dealerships, allowing users to easily locate nearby vehicles listed on the platform as well as OTP BANK branches across the country.
For the tenth consecutive year, the PaySpace Magazine Awards 2025 has recognised companies, technologies and experts shaping the future of financial services, payments and e-commerce. The winners are determined through a combination of open online voting, expert jury evaluation and editorial assessment.
It is worth noting that in 2025, the Ponova by OTP Bank used car marketplace won the “Top FinTech Solution” special nomination at the “Bank of the Year – 2025” nationwide competition organised by the International Financial Club “BANKIR”. The platform also ranked third in the “Best CX Case Using Service Design” category at the Ukrainian CX Excellence’2025 Customer Experience Awards.
