Global Money Week: OTP BANK conducted financial literacy lessons for children
As part of the international Global Money Week 2026 campaign, employees of OTP BANK organized educational activities for primary and secondary school students in the Kyiv region.
Students took part in a money-themed quiz, played a financial version of the game Alias with Bank employees, and even tried themselves in the role of detectives by playfully solving cybercrime cases.
“Money is not just about spending — it is also about understanding, saving, and protecting. Initiatives like these are extremely important, as they help raise a financially aware generation capable of making well-informed decisions and safeguarding their funds from fraud. For OTP BANK, participation in Global Money Week has already become a tradition, and every year we are pleased to join such educational initiatives. This time, we were genuinely impressed by the students’ knowledge and ingenuity — they are truly bright minds,” commented Alina Toropova, Head of Learning and Development for the Branch Network at OTP BANK and one of the organizers of the financial literacy lessons.
The National Bank of Ukraine acted as the official coordinator of Global Money Week 2026 in Ukraine. This year’s theme of the campaign is “Smart Money Talks.”
