Features of the service

The service is provided to customers who have issued an application for the provision of statements to the e-mail address at the Bank's branch.

The response to the request will be sent within 15 minutes.

Requests received before 17:00 will be processed on the same day. Inquiries after 17:00 can be processed the next business day.

If your e-mail address is not registered in the Bank's systems, in order to receive statements through the website, you must contact the OTP Bank branch where your account is serviced to write an application for an e-mail statement.

Using the service, the Client grants permission to the Bank to send account statements via an open Internet channel to the specified e-mail address. The Client assumes all responsibility for the disclosure of data on accounts to third parties, which occurred as a result of the Bank's sending statements via an open Internet channel to the e-mail address indicated by the Client. The Client confirms that the Bank has warned that the information transmitted to the e-mail address is not secure and may become available to third parties without the consent of the Bank and the Client. The Bank is not responsible for delays in the delivery of e-mail as a result of problems in the Internet.
