OTP Bank warns you of a significant increase in fraudsters, who are trying to get an access to our customers’ credit card accounts. Intruders start acting in a more active way and use various methods of psychological influence.
Taking into the account all of the above, we warn you:
- OTP Bank employee never address the client with the request to voice a bank card number, an expiration date, PIN-code or CVV2-code, OTP Smart Password and passwords from SMS Messages.
- Never call unknown numbers or follow links received from the intruders, including the cases when the message contains information regarding a card block or OTP Smart update.
