Volodymyr Mudryi is the Chairman of the Management Board of OTP Bank
Volodymyr Mudryi has been appointed Acting Chairman of the Management Board of OTP Bank since October 31 until the approval of his candidacy by the National Bank of Ukraine. He replaces Mr. Tamas Hak-Kovacs, who will pursue his career within OTP Group as proposed Chairman of the Management Board and Chief Executive Officer of DSK Bank, the market leader financial institution of Bulgaria. His appointment is subject to the approval of the National Bank of Bulgaria.

Mr. Volodymyr Mudryi has almost 20 years of experience in the banking sector. He started his career at OTP Bank in 2005 as a Head of the operational department of the OTP Bank Volyn branch. A year later, he was appointed Head of the operational department of OTP Bank. In 2008-2010 he was the Head of clients' assets and liabilities operations support division of OTP Bank. From 2010, he headed LLC "OTP Credit", since July 2012 Mr. Volodymyr Mudryi was a member of the Management Board being in charge of the Retail business line.
Mr. Volodymyr Mudryi graduated from the Economical Faculty of Lesya Ukrainka Eastern European National University in the field of finance and credit. The second education he obtained in Krannert Business School (USA) and Tias Nimbas Business School (Netherland) where in 2010 he gained the degree EMBA in International management.
