OTP Bank changes the regulations for accepting applications for the sale of foreign currency from legal entities and private entrepreneurs

From August 20, OTP Bank changes the regulations for accepting applications for the sale of currency from legal entities and private entrepreneurs (except for sales on the terms of "today.urgently"). If earlier such applications were accepted from 09:30 till 11:30 for sale on the same day, now they can be submitted until 17:30 and the clients will receive hryvnia on the same day. Thus, legal entities and private entrepreneurs will be less limited in terms of applications for the sale of currency and will be able to provide them throughout the operating time.

According to Tetyana Matiyko, director of corporate products and services, "the regulations have been changed based on the results of regular customer surveys, as OTP Bank always strives to be the best for its customers."

Each client – legal entity has the opportunity to contact a personal manager or a specialized separate contact center for legal entities and get an answer to any question about the client's work with OTP Bank.

"We do not stop at improving the service for customers, so it was decided to expand the regulations for accepting applications for the sale of currency. This will not be reflected in the tariffs, the only goal is to meet the expectations of customers as much as possible and create additional opportunities for them," T.Matiyko emphasized.
