OTP Bank’s clientele to  got the opportunity to issue "Skibochka" installments in the OTP Credit app

OTP Bank’s clients got the opportunity to switch on the option to issue "Skibochka" installments in the OTP Credit app without visiting a bank’s branch. In particular, a client can transfer the purchase, which has been already paid with a credit card, to"Skibochka" installments via the app. In this case, the credit limit balance will be increased by the installment amount.

“In order to benefit from the offer, one needs to install the OTP Credit app, pay for purchases with a credit card and receive a "Skibochka" installment offer, or select in the app the transactions that should be switched on installments. The client can activate one or several installments, and in the app you can find out the terms and schedule of repayment,” said Head of the Card Business Development and Cross-Selling Department Yevhen Hrubyi.

"Skibochka" installment plan is available for purchases from UAH 1000 to UAH 100 000 for a period of six months. The "Skibochka" interest rate is 0.01% p.a., the monthly fee is 2% of the amount, 0% – for new credit cards. The number of installments that can be issued per one credit card is unlimited.

In addition, OTP Bank’s clients – MasterCard cardholders can make purchases in installments without the fee on weekends. “We know that the majority of the customers’ purchases are made on weekends, so we have enabled the possibility to switch on the option of six installments with no monthly commission on weekends for all the MasterCard credit cards. Weekend in this case starts from 20.00 on Friday and ends at 8.00 on Monday,” – Yevhen Hrubyi said.
