Pensioners to Get Help from "Lesyk with OTP" by Phone

On May 5, 2022, OTP Bank launched the "Lesyk with OTP" service by phone to serve clients- holders of the "Osoblyva" Visa pension card, who cannot use the chatbot due to various circumstances but need help.

To receive support from the service, the clients need to call on 0800 50 43 43 using their "financial" mobile numbers, pointed out when opening the cards. Assistants from the "Lesyk with OTP" team solve numerous problems at the clients` request in particular - they search for goods, medicines and doctors, select options for relocation and housing, and look for volunteers contacts and people who provide humanitarian aid. The calls are free for all customers of Ukrainian operators.

In addition, the holders of the "Osoblyva" Visa pension card from OTP Bank still have access to a delivery of medicines (vitamins) for UAH 300. To use it, one needs to contact Lesyk in a chatbot or on a dedicated phone line from the "financial" number and order medicines/vitamins from the Liki24 website for UAH 300 (clients can pay extra money if the order exceeds the amount). The offer is available if a client makes three trade transactions with a pension card each from UAH 100 during the last 30 days.
