OTP Bank to be among Authorized Banks for Social Payments

OTP Bank is on the list of authorized banks through which pensions, cash benefits, payments under the obligatory state social insurance and salaries of budgetary institutions’ employees are paid for the entire period of martial law.

According to the NBU Resolution of May 13, 2022, the list of banks, which was determined for this purpose as of February 24, 2022, is currently relevant and will not be amended during the entire period of martial law.

To recap, earlier OTP Bank launched the "Lesyk with OTP" service by phone to serve clients - holders of the "Osoblyva" Visa pension card, who cannot use the chatbot due to different reasons but need help anyway.

To receive support from the service, the clients need to call on 0800 50 43 43 using their "financial" mobile numbers, pointed out when opening the cards. Assistants from the "Lesyk with OTP" team solve numerous problems at the clients` requests in particular they search for goods, medicines and doctors, select options for relocation and housing, and look for volunteers’ contacts and people who provide humanitarian aid in the war evironment. The calls are free for all clients of Ukrainian operators.
