OTP Bank Became a Partner of the NBU Campaign "Know Your Rights: Loans"

The All-Ukrainian NBU information campaign "Know your rights: loans" started this week.

It will be a continuation of the first such campaign, which the National Bank conducted in 2021, and will last until October 2022 in all regions of Ukraine.

The key task and goal of the campaign is to protect borrowers' rights and improve consumer knowledge about credit services.

OTP Bank supported the campaign initiated by the National Bank.

As the OTP Bank Board Member for Retail Business Development Oleh Klymenko said, "questions related to credit services are one of the most common and popular among clients. A full-scale war played its role, when Ukrainians simply did not have time to figure out what the rules of loans repayment holidays are. When people were under increasing stress caused by severe events, and at the same time they were trying to meet their financial obligations. This initiative is very relevant, because Ukrainians should know their rights. One should pay attention at loan repayment schemes, carefully read credit agreements. Both clients and banks are interested in this."
